Deposit: When booking a hunting trip you must pay a deposit of 400 Euros. Your reservation of a hunting journey is not accepted until the deposit is paid. The balance must be paid at least 45 days before departure.
Trophy Deposit: A trophy deposit is due atleast 45 days before departure. Per Roe Buck 175 Euros, per Boar 135 Euros, per Stag 600 Euros. The trophy deposit may vary by special request.
Final payment: Full payment is due three days after Hunt’n Seek present their invoice. Late payment will result in an additional charge of 15 Euros, with a further 2% interest being charged with each month overdue.
Cancellation: The following fees will be charged upon cancellation of the hunt, for whatever reason. Cancellation of more than 90 days before departure, 135 Euros. Cancelling between 45 and 90 days before departure, 300 Euros. If you wish to withdraw later than 45 days before departure full payment will be forfeited.
Interruption of the journey: Whatever the reason, Hunt'n Seek are not liable for interruption of a hunting journey.
Driving: In Poland, all travel is included in the price. For other countries we will make a specific offer for each trip.
Protocol: We subscribe to a specific protocol regarding the surveying of hunting trophies. We record the number of trophies and their measurements at the end of the hunt and this forms the basis for our tarriff (excluding Poland). The survey will take place on the last day of the hunting trip before departure.
Theft: Hunt'n Seek cannot be held responsible for any customer property, that is stolen or broken during your stay.
Insurance: All customers must hold travel insurance, preferably including cancellation insurance. Weapons, equipment and other personal property may be covered by home insurance or similar. This is solely the customer's responsibility.
Firearms Pass / person pass: Always remember to check the expiry date on passports, as these must have a minimum of 6 months to expiry date at the point of travel. It is the customer's responsibility to have all of their travel papers in order.
Alcohol: Many places in the EU enforce zero tolerance of alcohol during hunting. Hunting guide has the right to exclude a hunter from the hunt, if it is considered that this has been violated. Hunt'n Seek cannot be held responsible for any hunting lost, due to customer’s imbibing alcohol.
Prices: The prices in the catalogue are based on a minimum of 2 hunters and are valid from 01/01/2015 to 31/12/ 2016. Hunt'n Seek reserves the right to change prices, either when caused by factors beyond their control or for other reasons.
Complaints: Any complaints about Hunt'n Seek, lodging, trophy surveying or the like, must be submitted in writing to Hunt'n Seek within 8 days after disembarking.
